Narasimha Jayanti 2026
Narasimha, the fourth avatar of Vishnu, is a half-man, half-lion divine being. He embodies fierce power and protection. Narasimha emerged to slay the demon king Hiranyakashipu, who threatened the world and persecuted his own son Prahlada, a devotee of Vishnu. Narasimha's form defied the near-invulnerability Hiranyakashipu had obtained, vanquishing evil and restoring Dharma.
