How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders once shipped are typically delivered within 5 to 6 business days for metro cities, and 7-9 business days to non-metro locations. Deliveries may be delayed due to factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
Cash on delivery orders will take more time since we prioritize prepaid orders.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free for orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499 the shipping charges would be ₹80 per order.

Is Cash On Delivery available?

Cash on delivery is available for some pin codes as decided by our courier. CoD charges are applicable at ₹95 per order

How do I track my order?

You will get an email and SMS with tracking link once we ship your order. 

Missing or Lost Packages

At ReSanskrit, we take great pride in providing reliable delivery services. However, in the unlikely event of a missing or lost package, or a delay in delivery, we understand the inconvenience this may cause. This disclaimer outlines our procedures for addressing such situations.

1. Reporting Missing or Lost Packages:

    • Customers are responsible for notifying our Contact Center within 2 days of the expected delivery date if a package is missing or lost.
    • Please provide the following information when reporting:
        • Order number or waybill number
        • Description of the missing item(s)
        • Date and time of expected delivery
        • Any relevant details about the delivery attempt (e.g., missed delivery notification)

2. Investigation and Resolution:

    • Upon receiving your report, our team will immediately contact the courier responsible for your delivery.
    • We will work diligently with the courier to:
        • Trace the package's location
        • Investigate the circumstances surrounding its disappearance
        • Expedite the delivery of the missing package, if possible

3. Communication and Updates:

    • We will keep you informed throughout the investigation process. You will receive updates via WhatsApp (86689449007) regarding the status of your package.
    • If the package cannot be located or delivered within a reasonable timeframe. We will provide either
        • Full refund for the missing item(s)
        • Replacement of the missing item(s), if available

How to Return or Exchange your product?

If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to provide an exchange the goods with new product.

IMPORTANT - When you receive the package, please make sure to record an unboxing video to avail return/exchange or raise damage-related concerns. 

In case of damaged/incorrect products – contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the products by email (or on WhatsApp +91 8668944907) notifying us of any damage to the product along with pictures. The arrangement for pick up and courier will be made for damaged and incorrect products. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. The merchandise must be returned in their original containers, and in their original packaging (where possible).

Please include the original product tags and packaging while returning the products. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

Please note - Returns are not applicable in case of calendars, notebooks and posters.
