How to Return or Exchange your product?

If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives.

  • Exchange the goods with new product
  • Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods

In case of damaged/incorrect products – contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the products by email (or on WhatsApp +91 8668944907) notifying us of any damage to the product along with pictures. The arrangement for pick up and courier will be made for damaged and incorrect products. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. The posters, art prints or merchandise must be returned in their original containers, and in their original packaging (where possible).

In case of return/exchange – Customers can return the products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return/exchange please inform us on email (or on WhatsApp +91 8668944907). Please include the original product tags and packaging while returning the products. The arrangement for pick up and courier will be made for damaged and incorrect products. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
