The word पाडवा (pāḍavā) or पाडवो (pāḍavo) or पड्ड्वा/पाड्ड्वो (pāḍḍavā/pāḍḍavo) comes from the Sanskrit word प्रतिपद (pratipada) or प्रतिपदा (pratipadā), which refers to the first day of a lunar fortnight.
Gudhi Padva signifies the arrival of spring and to the reaping of Rabi crops. The festival
is linked to the mythical day on which god Brahma created time and universe.
चैत्रे मासि जगद्ब्रह्मा ससृज प्रथमे।हनि।
शुक्लपक्षे समग्रं वै तदा सूर्योदये सति॥
śuklpakṣe samagraṃ vai tadā sūryodaye sati॥
of the Shukla Paksha of the Chaitra month.
This day is celebrated as Gudi Padwa.
ब्रह्मा ने सम्पूर्ण जगत् की सृष्टि की थी।
इस दिन को गुड़ी पड़वा के रूप में मनाया जाता है।
नवप्रकाशं नवचैतन्यं नवहर्षं नवसामर्थ्यम्।
आयातु नववर्षः एषः गृहीत्वा नवमाङ्गल्यम्॥
āyātu navaVarṣaḥ eṣaḥ gṛhītvā navamāṅgalyam॥
new joy, new power and new auspiciousness.
नया सामर्थ्य और नया मांगल्य लाए।
ॐ सर्वेषां स्वस्तिर्भवतु।
सर्वेषां शान्तिर्भवतु।
सर्वेषां पूर्णं भवतु।
सर्वेषां मङ्गलं भवतु।
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः॥
sarveṣāṃ śāntirbhavatu।
sarveṣāṃ pūrṇaṃ bhavatu।
sarveṣāṃ maṅgalaṃ bhavatu।
oṃ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ॥
May there be fulfilment for all.
May there be auspiciousness for all.
Aum, peace, peace, peace.
हम सभी पर शांति बनी रहे।
सभी (लोगों) की पूर्ति हो।
सबका कल्याण हो।
ॐ शांति, शांति, शांति।
आपृच्छस्व पुराणम् आमन्त्रयस्व च नवम् आशा-सुस्वप्न-जिगीषाभिः।
अत्यद्भुतं भवतु अग्रिमं वर्षम्।
शुभकरो ते भवतु आगामिवत्सरः।
ब्रह्मध्वज नमस्ते।स्तु सर्वाभीष्टफलप्रद ।
प्राप्ते।स्मिन् वत्सरे नित्यं मद्गृहे मङ्गलं
कुरु ॥॥
Transliteration:
brahmadhvaja namaste'stu
sarvābhīṣṭaphalaprada ।
prāpte'smin vatsare nityaṃ madgṛhe maṅgalaṃ kuru ॥॥
English Translation:
We salute the Brahmadhvaja
which provides all the desired fruits,
May this new year be auspicious for all.
Hindi Translation:
जो सारे अभीष्ट फलों को प्रदान
करता है, उस ब्रह्मध्वज को नमन है,
प्रार्थना है कि यह नव वर्ष मंगलमय हो।
सर्वस्तरतु दुर्गाणि सर्वो भद्राणि पश्यतु ।
सर्वः कामानवाप्नोतु सर्वः सर्वत्र नन्दतु
॥॥
Transliteration:
sarvastaratu durgāṇi sarvo
bhadrāṇi paśyatu ।
sarvaḥ kāmānavāpnotu sarvaḥ sarvatra nandatu ॥॥
English Translation:
May all overcome the
difficulties,
may all see abundant happiness,
may everyone's desires get fulfilled,
may all
rejoice in every circumstance.
Hindi Translation:
सब लोग कठिनाइयों को पार
करें,
कल्याण ही कल्याण देखें,
सभी की मनोकामना पूर्ण हो,
सभी हर परिस्थिती में आनंदित हों ।
सूर्य संवेदना पुष्पे, दीप्ति कारुण्यगंधने।
लब्ध्वा शुभं नववर्षे।स्मिन
कुर्यात्सर्वस्य मंगलम्॥
Transliteration:
sūrya saṃvadanā puṣpe, dīpti
kāruṇyagaṃdhane।
labdhvā śubhaṃ navaVarṣe'smina kuryātsarvasya maṃgalam॥
English Translation:
As the sun gives light, the
sensation gives birth to compassion, and the flowers always spread their fragrance. The same way,
may our new year be a pleasant one for you every day, every moment.
Hindi Translation:
जिस तरह सूर्य प्रकाश देता है,
संवेदना करुणा को जन्म देती है, पुष्प सदैव महकता रहता है, उसी तरह आने वाला हमारा यह नूतन वर्ष आपके
लिए हर दिन, हर पल के लिए मंगलमय हो। नववर्ष की हार्दिक शुभकामनायें!

I have searched for the reference of सर्वस्तरतु दुर्गाणि सर्वो भद्राणि पश्यतु ।
सर्वः कामानवाप्नोतु सर्वः सर्वत्र नन्दतु ॥ you said from Vikramorvasiyam 5.39, in that play ended by 5.24
But the resource is from Mahabharata 12.314.45
